What is sold
Ribcage Pictures operates a series of small web pieces, each with its own payment layer. A purchase on one of those sites is a one-off purchase of a described digital good. There are no physical goods, no subscriptions and no shipping.
Delivery
On completed payment, the buyer receives a serial-numbered digital certificate as an immediate download. Delivery is automatic and happens at the moment of purchase. If a download fails, write to the address below and it will be reissued.
Refunds
Every purchase is refundable in full for thirty days from the date of purchase, for any reason, without conditions. Request a refund by writing to the address below. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
